Water Utility Board: The Water Utility Board governs, controls, and manages  the Mount Vernon Water Utility.   The board members are the five councilman from the City of Mt. Vernon.  On May 17, 1937 these decisions were put into ordinance form after the City's Water Utility was purchased from a private entity.
